The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has a requirement to update the existing Johnson Control Metasys Direct Digital Computer Control Monitoring system by upgrading/reimaging with the new Metasys 8.0 software with MMAC security banner and Advanced Energy Essentials reporting. This project includes providing and installing software updates that will allow the FAA to monitor, operate, gather, report, and archive utility usage data for the facility. MMAC utilizes the Johnson Controls Metasys Direct Digital Computer Control Monitoring System as the complex of hardware and software devices to monitor, control, and maintain the Center ™s heating, ventilating, and air conditioning through hardware and software, which is proprietary to Johnson Controls communicating using MS/TP (Master-slave/Token-Passing) and industry standard BacNet protocol certification. This project will provide all technical support, tools, licensing and associated software. The software will upgrade/reimage ADX/SQL server, NAE/NCE to Metasys software release 8.0. The system upgrade and reimaging shall also support a maximum of 25 users. Advanced Energy Essentials reporting and MMAC security banner are also included in this upgrade. Specific Tasks will include: Uninstall Metasys Software from MMAC ™s existing Metasys Server Install FAA Security Banner Install the new Metasys 8.0 server software on the existing 4+ year old server hardware This server software upgrade also includes upgrades for SQL Server required for Metasys 8.0 and the Metasys Advanced Energy Essentials software Upgrade/reimage all 75 NxEs (NAE/NCE 55s, 45s, 35s, 25s) to support all new features and functions of Metasys 8.0 The requirement will be for a one-time fixed-price order. Johnson Controls, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and retains the proprietary rights to the original design and technical data. The intent of this market survey is to permit companies that may possess the technical capabilities to meet this requirement an opportunity to provide specific information as to their unique capabilities as specified in this announcement. CAPABILITY STATEMENT: Qualified vendors are invited to submit documentation evidencing the possession of the following capabilities: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by firm, Size and type of services provided by previous contracts involving Metasys acquisition and support (provide detailed information and past performance), Number of years in business 2. Completed Business Declaration Form, attached. Respondents must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov).
