- Synopsis in a Word Document This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for the acquisition of hard drives as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This procurement is being solicited as a Brand Name Only, 100% Small Business Set-Aside. No alternates are authorized with the exception of CLIN 0001. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334112 with a size standard of 1000. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation. Specific details will be provided in the solicitation Request For Quote (RFQ) N64498-16-T-0307, which will be posted on the World Wide Web at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (click on Vendors), at least 15 days after posting of this notice.
