- BRAND NAME OR EQUAL PRESCRIPTION REPS AND CERTS NOT IN SAM LIMITED SOURCES JUSTIFICATION PRODUCT BROCHURE SPECIFICATIONS PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego, CA, 92155 intends to award a firm fixed price supply contract for the procurement of wireless biomechancial analysis technology. This is a brand name or equal solicitation. 1.0 OBJECTIVE: The DorsaVi movement analysis system will be utilized for rehabilitation and injury prevention. 1.1 BACKGROUND: DorsaVi is a unique wireless sensor technology that tracks how our operator's move in real time. The ViPerform system consists of wearable motion and muscle activity sensors that record data at 200 frames per second and intuitive software with sophisticated algorithms that turn robust data into easy-to-read and meaningful results. The DorsaVi system will change how our rehab clinicians and strength coaches evaluate, screen, and assess our operators. The Biomechanical Analysis System must be wireless technology, must be able to synthesize the data with video-collected visual movement data. Athletes must be able to wear the sensors for up to a 24 hour period outside of a lab environment. 2.1 Contractor shall provide the DorsaVi (brand name or equal) ViPerform movement analysis system which consists of the following items: Hardware and Features • One (1) Recording and Feedback Device (RFD) • One (1) Microsoft Surface • Two (2) MD M Sensors. • Two (2) MD-E Sensors. • One (1) Back Application Template set (7 available sizes). • One (1) Tibia Application Template • One (1) Main power charger and charging cradle. • One (1) USB Cable. • One (1) dorsaVi software license. • Fifty (50) DAP-M 30 minute disposable application pads Training and Support • Onsite Training • Educational Webinars • Phone and Technical Support • Site Visits • Training on New Updates ViPerform Consumables Dap-M (2 stickers per pack) (up to 24 hour use) Dap-EMG (2 stickers per pack) 30min Temporary Dap-M (50 stickers per pack) (30 min use) 2.3 Contractor shall provide the following services, training, support, and maintenance as part of the licensing 2.3.1 Up to 8 hours of on-site training in the Initial Term (and up to 2 hours in Subsequent Terms); and 2.3.2 Twelve months technical support via telephone and email; and 2.3.3 Data synchronization and cloud back-up, installation and configuration of Licensed Software, and access to updates, bug-fixes and new releases of Licensed Software.
