Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation For Bid. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119 is seeking interested contractors to provide an automated, flexible, and scalable architecture to view, schedule, and request support for events in over 100 conference rooms, for approximately 3,000 employees and 300 administrators. This solution will enhance SLVHCS' ability to meet and collaborate, effectively communicate requests for event support/notifications, and manage/administer automated workflow processes and controls. Interested Vendors may submit a response via email to Valarie Labat Contract Specialist valarie.labat@va.gov. Responses are due no later than Monday August 15, 2016 by 3:00 p.m. (CST). Respondents should include as part of their submission: a.Indicate if you can provide all services listed in the Statement of Objectives. Please do not submit a price quote as this request is for market research/informational purposes only. The purpose is to identify contractors that could potentially support this requirement for Conference Room Scheduling Software. In short, if/when this requirement is solicited would you respond by submitting an offer.
