Description

Complete copy of Amendment 3. Includes a copy of the SF-30, Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract, which was inadvertently omitted from the original FBO post. P16PS00008 Revised Contract Price Schedule. Includes quantity for CLIN 13. Amendment 6 provides: (1) a revised contract price schedule, which includes quantity for Line Item 13, Reinstall, Replace, and Reset Existing Pavers for the Main Mall and Tree Panels portion of the price schedule; and (2) a copy of the SF-30, Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract, for Amendment 3, which was inadvertently omitted from the FedBizOpps posting. Bids were due 4:00 pm MST, Monday, August 8, 2016. This Amendment is addressed only to offerors who submitted proposals prior to the bid date and is closed to all other offerors. Offerors shall submit, as a minimum, a revised SF-1442 acknowledging all six (6) amendments, and a completed revised contract price schedule indicating your costs. Please ensure that unit price for square and linear foot quantities and total price reflect a fixed amount (i.e., an exact amount divisible in dollars and cents by the quantity indicated-no rounding). These items shall be submitted to the primary and secondary points of contact for this solicitation by email no later than 4:00 pm MST, Friday, August 12, 2016, along with a follow up paper copy by mail as soon as possible. Indicate in your email whether the Davis Bacon wage rates provided in Amendment 5 will affect the price provided in your original proposal.
