- Quote Sheet RFQ Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-89. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333120 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1250 Employees. The South Dakota Air National Guard intends to issue a firm fixed price order for the following Brand Name (or Equal) requirement: CLIN 0001 Qty: 1 Aerosweep FOD Boss TFB-22GF Triplex System (or Equal) System must meet the following characteristics: - Be completely self-contained and will operate using "friction sweeping" method. Will not have any internal or external power sources, engine, or drive components. Towing vehicle will activate unit operation. - Sweeping width not less than 22'. - Be collapsible and portable for immediate deployment on site, or for air or truck shipment to other locations. - Must be able to reposition, set-up, operate, and teardown by one person. - Operate from 0 miles per hour to a maximum operating speed of no less than 25 miles per hour. - Attach to tow vehicle using a pintle hook. - Operate between -30F to 130F. - FOD mats will have see-through mesh and have the ability to retain FOD until emptied. - Easily emptied by one person. Preparing and Submitting your Quote: Offerors shall provide pricing for the above items inclusive of shipping costs (FOB Destination) to the South Dakota Air National Guard, 1201 West Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0264. Delivery: 30 days After Date of Contract. To facilitate the most expeditious and equitable evaluation process possible, please use the attached quote sheet for providing requested pricing information. Your firm's standard quote documents can also be submitted but please ensure ALL the information requested in the attached Quote Sheet is included. Please make quotes valid for a minimum of 30 days. Be sure to submit/attach enough additional information to enable the Government to fully ascertain the specifications/capabilities of the equipment quoted. If an "or Equal" product is being offered the Brand and Model of the product must be listed along with specifications. All questions and quotes must be directed to Jeremiah Minter at: jeremiah.g.minter.mil@mail.mil. All questions and answers must be in writing. Do not contact other Government personnel as this will only delay receipt of answers. All questions and the answers provided will be released to all eligible offerors on a non-attribution basis. All terms and conditions remain unchanged unless amended in writing.   Evaluation: The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes will be evaluated using price, technical, delivery, and past performance factors considered. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Technical, delivery and past performance factors, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price.
