Description

This is a Sources Sought to find interested contractor capable of providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to upgrade the UPS System capacity for the VA Telecom Room located at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson MS. This is an abbreviate Statement of Work and does not provide all elements of the requirement. That information will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. A performance completion period of 90 days/ 3 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement. This project is to provide fully functional upgrades and repairs to the UPS System in the Telecom room that is compatible with existing system at the Jackson VAMC to include the following: 1. Replace rectifiers 2. Provide C&D Micro Sageon System 3. Provide Unigy II cells, model AVR95-17 4. Replace KVA Alpha Technology with a Benning DSP-120 Modular Inverter System The dollar magnitude is between $25,000 and $ 100,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.sam.gov ; https://ss1.experian.com/BusinessIQ/login.html ; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation.
