- MSIS NMUD Statement of Work MSIS NMUD Small Business Sources Sought Notice This is a Small Business SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE posted for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. It will be used to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of small businesses (e.g.: 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, women-owned small businesses and small businesses) to provide the services described herein. The purpose of this contract is to obtain support for the maintenance and enhancement of the NMUD and MSIS-G databases and the files that interface with them. Maintenance and enhancement activities shall include systems analysis, design, database support, programming, testing, data analysis, system documentation, security document creation/updates, and special projects. The processes covered under this SOW are integral to the posting of accurate Medicare and Medicaid data. The Contractor shall work with CMS to facilitate knowledge transfer concerning all technical processes. This SOW covers the following systems: MQR (Medicare Quality Release), MQA (Medicare Quality Assurance), NMUD, MSIS, PRP (Payment Record Process), SUM (Part B Summary), STS (Statistical Tabulation System) and ECR (Enterprise Cross Reference). The Contractor shall support the existing change management control process, designating a specific resource to be the change management control coordinator.
