Description

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within three days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NUVI is considered the only vendor with the ability to provide a sophisticated suite of social media analysis tools that streamline the process of monitoring conversations across the web ™s expansive landscape and partially automating the process of gathering, analyzing, and reporting on such data to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and opportunities. CHINFO requires an internet-based social and digital media monitoring, analytics, publishing and reporting service that supports, at a minimum, Facebook (including Facebook topic data), Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, WordPress and YouTube, as well as RSS feeds. Any length of suspension or degradation of data collection and analysis is not acceptable. See attached Sole Source Justification for more information.
