Description
Lebanon VA Medical Center seeks space in Lancaster County, PA The Federal Government is seeing approximately 15,000 net useable sq. ft. medical/office space (contiguous space) for use by the Department of Veterans Affairs (tenant) for personnel, furnishings and medical based equipment to support a VA outpatient Clinic in Lancaster PA. Such facilities typically feature: mental health, eye clinic, podiatry, etc. The space must be of sound and substantial construction from a "CLASS A" modern building. It must be located in a prime commercial district with professional surroundings. Lease space must be contiguous preferably on the 1st floor. The Federal Government is authorized to search for competition within a delineated area. Note that the Government will only consider those properties situated within the following boundaries: NORTHBOUND: Right onto Rt. 772 make a left onto Rt 23 (Leola Elementary School at the corner) EASTBOUND: Rt 23 onto Hartman Station Road/Mt. Sidney Road (connecting via Rt 340) onto Rt 896 (towards Strasburg) ending at Mary Post Office Road. SOUTHBOUND: Mary Post Office Road (left turn) onto Rt 372 ending at intersection of Hilldale and Holtwood Road WESTBOUND: Holtwood Road onto River Road (W View Road) towards Bridge Valley Road ending at Rt. 441 The space must be separated within the building so the VA shall have privacy within their rented area. Space must meet all federal, state and local building codes, have off street parking to accommodate 90 spaces and 2 handicapped spaces in accordance with ADA specifications. Access to public transportation, retail, and local amenties must be in a ½ mile walkable distance. Streets and public walks must be well maintained. Please understand that this is not an invitation for bid or a solicitation for offer, but merely an inquiry for space. We are only accepting expressions of interest at this point. Information regarding availability of space meeting the minimum requirements and including an existing floor plan will be due via e-mail to Mr. Rishi Mathur, rishi.mathur@va.gov between 10 August 2016 thru 19 August 2016. Market Surveys will be scheduled from 22 August 2016 to 24 August 2016.
