Description

ITO JFOC BOM COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Title: Global Imaging Servers Task Order Number: ID40160139 Issuance Date: 10 AUG 2016 Closing Date: 30 AUG 2016, 12:00 PM EST Order Type: OPEN MARKET SOLE SOURCE - Firm Fixed-Price This acquisition is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), via OPEN MARKET as a Sole Source requirement and issued on a sole-source basis to GLOBAL IMAGING INC. for the purpose of entering into a Delivery Order under ID40160139. The requirement shall be conducted under the FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) as a sole source purchase to Global Imaging Inc. Offeror shall submit a quote response in accordance with the instructions set forth in this document. Failure to comply with any and/or all of the instructions set forth in this document may result in the offer's quote not being considered. Offerors shall submit exceptions to any of the terms and conditions of this RFQ along with their quote for the GSA Contracting Officer to review. Failure to submit any exceptions will be considered concurrence.
