Description

The purpose of this modification is to clarify two sections of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice VA628-16-Q-0278. 1.The closing date of this solicitation is August 16th, 2016 as stated in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice, not August 15th, 2016 as stated on the FBO website. 2.The following section of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice shall be removed: (v) The Contractor shall provide pricing to provide PerkinElmer Wizard Analyzers preventative/service maintenance for a base and four option year periods. See table below for instrumentation and timeframe of option periods: ANNUAL TOTAL PRICING FOR WIZARD2 ANALYZER #1 SERVICE AGREEMENT Line ItemDESCRIPTIONQUANTITYUNITUNIT PRICETOTAL PRICE 1.Base Year: Preventative maintenance servicing of Batavia VAMC'S electrical distribution system as per the Scope of Work (SOW) to be completed between 10/01/2016 - 09/30/20171JB 2.Option Year 1: Preventative maintenance servicing of Batavia VAMC'S electrical distribution system as per the SOW to be completed between 10/01/2017 - 09/30/20181JB 3.Option Year 2: Preventative maintenance servicing of Batavia VAMC'S electrical distribution system as per the SOW to be completed between 10/01/2018 - 09/30/20191JB TOTAL PRICE And replaced by the following: (v) The Contractor shall provide pricing to provide the Batavia VA Medical Center with a preventative/service maintenance agreement for its Electrical Distribution system from 10/01/2016 through 09/30/2017 to include two option year periods.
