This is a Sources Sought Notice representing a market survey and is not a request for proposals, proposal abstracts, quotations or invitation for bids. This is a request for information only. The Department of Veteran Affairs is considering purchasing two power sanitizing systems. Introduction The Coatesville VA Medical Center in Coatesville, PA is soliciting bids for a Biomist disinfectant machine Product Specifications SS20 Power Sanitizing System (includes one CO2 cylinder) Biomist CO2 Cylinder 50' High Pressure CO2 hose 5" Caster (set of four) Biomist Cylinder straps Potential sources shall provide the following information in their response: "Descriptive literature of available products, including features, specifications, manufacturer, availability, stock numbers, warranty; and "Company, name, address, phone number, contact email address, NAICS Code, business size, Duns. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via email at joseph.early2@va.gov and must be received not later than August 15, 2016, 10:00 am EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested firms should also add their information to the interested vendors list for this announcement at www.fbo.gov. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 337121. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
