- The purpose of this synopsis modification is to clarify the Government's intent regarding Federal Buisiness Opportunities (FBO) posting date 03 August 2016 and add as an attachment SECNAV Form 5512. In addition to SECNAV Form 5512, Jayme Dorey requests all participants process their security paperwork through JPAS using the SMO Code listed below. JPAS: Security clearance submitted via JPAS to SMO Code 605306 At this time, the Engineering Services Support (ESS) Industry Day, originally posted 03 August 2016, is open only to interested SDVOSB concerns. A Naval Air Warfare Center-Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Industry Day is currently planned for November 2016 with details TBD. Any interested large or small businesses that are not SDVOSB concerns and unable to attend the ESS Industry Day listed above may seek more information from NAWCWD's Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).
