PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Office of Information & Technology Consolidated ISP/LEC Services Bridge Contract (Cox) Date: August 3, 2016 TAC-16-36819 Product Description Version Number: 1.3 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 1.REQUIREMENTS: This is an acquisition for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and Internet Service Provider (ISP) services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Offices and satellite sites for a period of one year. The Contractor shall provide LEC Services to include local dial tone service, including trunking services on Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface (PRI) lines, industry standard T-1, analog trunks (direct business lines) for Off-Premise Exchange (OPX), and Direct Inward Dial (DID) services, equivalent to those currently utilized through the existing Local Exchange Carrier, with the addition of Caller ID. Existing main and DID numbers are to remain the same. If current blocks of DID numbers are not available to the Contractor, the Contractor shall provide a block of consecutively-numbered DID to the VA for approval. The table below documents the Cox LEC requirements for this consolidated contract. The table includes locations, current account number, contract service start date, and contract service duration.
