Description

This Pre-Notice shall announce a Request for Quotations for the following: Steam Valve with Actuator, quantity of one See Specifications and Requirements listed in the RFQ document. The RFQ shall be 100% set-aside for both verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and verified Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). All SDVOSBs and VOSBs who submit a quote are required to be fully registered in SAM. Proposed VA Purchase Order award will go to the SDVOSB or VOSB whose quote is both technically acceptable and lowest price. Technical acceptability is based on matching all of the specifications and requirements to the item being quoted. Formal RFQ for this item to follow shortly.
