- Contractors Information Form. Contractors Bid Sheet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-1007 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 dated 14 Jul 2016.This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. The basis of award shall comply with all of the specifications of the archery targets. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award and provide the quote using the contractors bid sheet with this solicitation. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation. Please indicate whether or not you accept payment by credit card on the Contractors Information Form. OFFEROR SUBMITTAL PACKET: Offeror submittal should include a completed A-24 - Contractor's Information Form (PDF) and A24- Contractors Bid Sheet (PDF). FOB Destination (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mark Twain Lake Project Office, 20642 Highway J, Monroe City, Missouri 63456). The successful bidder shall have 30 work days from the date of award to deliver the archery targets to the above FOB destination address. Delivery shall occur during the business hours of 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award. Submitted questions will be answered in writing and provided to all offerors via a posting to FedBizOpps. However, due to the time required to research a question and provide an answer, questions received less than 7 calendar days prior to the due date of offers specified in the solicitation may not be answered. Solicitation changes will be made via amendment and posted to FedBizOpps.
