- Special Notice Request for Information Only The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20 is looking for certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sources of the following: Item #Description___________________________________________________ MC C3003GColor, Laser, Multifunction Printer. Salient Characteristics for Multi-purpose copier/fax machines. Size: No larger than 48" W x 42" H x 30" D Options: Black/white and Color copier/printer, fax machine, scanner, duplex, ability to print/copy double sided documents, sort, staples, ability to reduce/enlarge, ability to copy special sized documents, ability to handle large workloads network compatible, and needs to comply with our maintenance contracts. (Maintenance Contract is with RICOH) Print anywhere from 1200-4700 pages Scan to email function Energy efficient Easy installation Space saving design best for smaller areas in the CBOCs. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements and is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only authorized representatives of the manufacturer will be considered. Equipment must be new, no used or refurbished equipment accepted. Responses are due by 08/15/2016 4:00 pm EST. In accordance with FAR and VAAR Part 8, this notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, 15 Jun 2016.
