Description

The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions regarding the Integrated OR solicitation. 1. What information do you need for the personnel from our team that will be attending the on-site visit? Nothing specific just as long as it is interested parties attending. Please bring a reasonable number of attendees as this is still a construction site. 2. Are there any specific credentials that per our team needs to provide or bring with them? No 3. Does our team need to bring any Personnel Protective Equipment in order to participate in the visit? Yes PPE will be needed as this is an ongoing construction site. The following are required: Pants, hard-soled, closed-toe flat shoes (no heels), shirt with at least 4"sleeves, hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, and gloves. 4. Where specifically should our team members meet with the government at 9:00 am? Meeting will take place at the Pan Am Building Lobby which is the administrative building on the corner of S. Rocheblave and Canal Street, on the 1st floor. The location is 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. 5. Who from the government will be present during the on-site visit? The Contracting Officer and the Program Manager.
