Description
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gather Market Research for the acquisition of contractor support services to utilize a proven SAP-ERP business process improvement methodology to develop and document a training syllabus covering several SAP-ERP topics. This is not a solicitation. The NAVSUP FLC Contracting Department believes that only once source has the necessary corporate experience to perform this effort. However, if a vendor believes they can perform the tasks as specified in the PWS* and provide personnel that meet the experience and skillsets in the PWS, they should respond to this sources sought notice. Specifically, the NAVSUP FLC Contracting Department, Mechanicsburg is requesting: 1.Past or current contracts/task order numbers where the vendor currently provided similar services to a Department of Defense customer. 2.Any special terms and conditions or amended Government terms and conditions that are commonly used in existing contracts/orders for similar services. 3.A market research quote with an estimated price for 12 months of support. This market research quote is non-binding and used only for the purposes of acquisition planning. Should the NAVSUP FLC Contracting Department, Mechanicsburg decide to move forward with the acquisition an actual solicitation will be made available requesting pricing and providing the terms and conditions of the acquisition. 4.Information on available strategic sourcing contracts that this requirement could be acquired under. 5.Any other information the contractor is willing to provide that may aid in the acquisition. *A DRAFT copy of the PWS is provided as an attachment. The final PWS may differ from the draft copy provided and the Government is not obligated to any terms and conditions provided in draft versions of documents provided.
