- The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) at MacDill AFB issues this Sources Sought for information only. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for any information solicited. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Request for Information (RFI). The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify potential sources that are interested in providing the following four items: Although brand names are listed, this is for comparison purposes. If a solicitation is issued, it will be for brand name or equal: Shuttle MVP PRO, 1 Each Key equipment tool for lower extremity recovery for rehabilitation. This particular device focuses on the eccentric phase of muscle contractions and plyometric activity allowing for optimal recovery and strengthening. The spine is 100% protected because of the nonweight-bearing position. Resistance can be easily adjusted with the band attachments versus having to lift/carry heavy weights like a leg press. Chattanooga Intelect Legend XT System 4 channel Combination E-stim/ultrasound unit, 1 Each Combined electrical stimulation and ultrasound unit in one. Convenient and space saver. 4 channels allows possibility of 2 patients being treated at the same time. Mulitple waveform options include interferential, Russian, Biphasic, High Volt, Microcurrent, and Premodulated. Each waveform provides different rehab goals, all convenient in one device and cost effective so multiple different devices are not needed. The cart allows for easy maneuverability and keeps all wires/cables contained to prevent safety risk. SciFit IFI ISO7000R Upper Body and Lower Body Exerciser, 1 Each Highly adjustable, both the seat and handle bars interchangeable for any size person. Can be used seated or standing. The seat can be removed for a wheelchair to be rolled up to it easily accommodating all patient levels. The very low resistance start level allows this machine to be utilized fairly quickly for post-operative patients safely. Bi-directional feature allows the patient to pedal forward and backwards. Chattanooga TTET-200 Traction High-low Package, 1 Each This traction table package allows for safe and efficient mechanical traction for both lumbar and cervical regions. The table being an electrical high-low table allows for proper adjustment height of the table for best appropriate angle of distraction to the body region being treated. Adjustable height capabilities from 21.5 inches to 41.5 inches. The digital traction unit with touch screen allows for 10 different protocols to be selected for best treatment having 270 degree pivoting capability. The belt system, traction stool and cervical traction device are all included. Belt system is universal accommodating all patient sizes.
