Description

Limited Sources Documentation The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Cisco. The award will be for Cisco AnConnect application. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, Computer Training. The proposed award is for services and charges for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Cisco. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that can illustrate it can meet the Government's requirements as stated in the specifications documentation (See below) shall include the relative information in a capability statement and submit to the DEA for consideration. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to frank.c.giguere@usdoj.gov no later than August 19 at 5:00pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
