- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: IL City: Moline Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: Moline CBD: North: Mississippi River South: 7 th Ave East: 23 rd Street West: 12 th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 643 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 693 Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Space Type: Office Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 3 years Termination Notice: 90 days Additional Requirements: Janitorial services should be during normal business hours. Additional Requirements: Class A space preferred Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain, unless determined to be the only practicable alternative.
