- Unify Inc. Sole Source Letter Single Source Justification Letter OL:H/PZIOA, Hill AFB, Operational Contracting intends to award a Sole Source contract to Unify Inc. (formally known as Siemens Enterprise Communications, Inc.) for the maintenance and repair of Unify Telephone Console systems at Hill AFB, UT, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517919, the business size standard is $32.5M. Unify Inc. is the sole manufacturer/distributor of the these phone systems and they don't have any authorized maintenance providers that can perform the required maintenance, software updates and software patches. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers; however, all proposals received within three days after date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating a vendor's bona fide capability to provide this product or equivalency. Requests must include company name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers of the requester, e-mail address, Cage code and business size. All proposals should be delivered via e-mail to carlos.michel@us.af.mil, no later than 1500 MST 17 Aug 2016. Proposals delivered by other than e-mail will not be accepted. Certifications in the System for Acquisition Management must be current and active to be eligible for contract award.
