Description

Purchase Request: 0064191409, NSN: 1650-01-005-5445, Cylinder, Actuating, Linear. Part Number: 41002419. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item. Approved source for this item is Thomas Instruments, Cage 5H860. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 70 each, Corpus Christi, TX (0001) FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Origin. Contractor First Article Testing is required. The required delivery is 455 days ARO. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The solicitation issue date is August 11, 2016. The anticipated closing date is September 12, 2016.
