- Synopsis: This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to IDIRECT GOVERNMENT, LLC pursuant to FAR 6.302-2, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The US Marine Corps intends receiving iDirect Government Remote Operators Course (iROCC) on Camp Lejeune, NC. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 12:00 PM 16 August 2016, EST by e-mail to Philip.Pickens@socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
