- Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (hereafter known as "CNS", for additional company information, see website ( www.y12.doe.gov )), acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-NA0001942 with the United States Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting an Expression of Interest (EOI) for onsite legacy material removal, at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. CNS has the need for a supplier to perform onsite materials removal, oil draining, and Mercury House Vacuum System removal. This request for EOI does not constitute an invitation for sealed bids, a request for proposals, or offers. Responses received will be used for planning purposes and determining candidates for subsequent procurement actions, if any.
