- Equipment Pictures JMTG-U GYM EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Theater Contracting Center is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a potential requirement for bi-weekly maintenance and service for 18 pieces of mechanical and electrical exercise equipment that will need to be maintained and serviced on a regular basis. The intent is that the equipment will not be unserviceable for longer than 72 hours for maintenance and/or parts needing to be ordered. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811490 (Sporting equipment repair and maintenance without retailing new sports equipment). The gym equipment to be serviced is to include, but is not limited to the following types of machines: 1. Life fitness- Standing calf lift 7. Nautilus- Rotary torso 2. Life fitness- Lateral raise 8. Life fitness- Leg curl 3. Life fitness- Arm curl 9. Life fitness- Chest press 4. Life fitness- Leg extension 10. Life fitness- Treadmills (qty. 2) 5. Life fitness- Seated row 11. Life fitness- Elliptical machine 6. Nautilus 4, Neck machine 12. Spin bicycles (qty. 6) The Period of Performance for this potential requirement will be September 2016 - March 2017. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government wide Point of Entry. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capacity to perform these services, please respond no later than 22 August, 2016; 1700 Central European Time (CET). Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services should respond by providing the Government the following information; point of contact, address, telephone numbers, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a brief summary of the company's capabilities, description of facilities, personnel, related manufacturing experience, and existing safety approvals. Provide any supporting information such as commercial literature, catalogues, manuals, etc. If a respondent chooses to utilize the services of sub-tier vendors or subcontractors, those vendors or subcontractors must meet the criteria specified herein as well.
