Description

Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing four (4) "Intensa Model 460 FL power table with power back exam tables (or equal) per the below item specification. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339113. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email) and must be received not later than 08/17/2016 at 11 am. Email: Phillip.kang@va.gov No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time will not be considered for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 339113. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Item specification Four (4) Intensa Model 460 FL high/low power table with power back (or equal) exam tables that have high/low power table functions with power back- These tables need to be women's health able with locking stirrups, foot rests with integrated treatment tray. Also needed for WH exam is pelvic tilt function and drawer warmer. A pedestal base with electromechanical drive, patient assist removable arms and physician storage are needed, along with standard hand set control and optional foot controls. Return to chair function and flat table function on hand control are needed. There needs to be an easy mount paper holder, leg rest pull out with independent pull out of procedure tray. Seamless upholstered top included with table cost. Weight capacity should be 650lbs with a 5 year table warranty and 2 year electrical warranty. Color should be dark grey or burgundy.
