Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole-source Award under the authority of FAR 6.302, to Nationwide Realty Management for installation of security-blast film. The projected amount is $53,180. Nationwide owns and maintains the building and therefore uses companies they authorize. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, Security Systems Services, with a size standard of $20.5M. The award resulting from this requirement will be pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED; NOR WILL QUOTATIONS BE REQUESTED. If your firm possesses the ability to provide these goods/services, at the designated location, submit technical literature showing your capability of meeting the Government's requirement by the close of this Special Notice.
