Special Notice Request for Information Only The Department of Veterans Affairs Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA is looking for certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources for three (3) Parata AccuCount II Scales capable of meeting the following requirements: Specifications oAbility to operate in either scale or Rx check mode oAble to identify product being weighed by reading Mfr's barcode oMust provide consistency with current Parata Accucount scales currently in use at Mann-Grandstaff VA Pharmacy oFOB Destination This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements and is a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) vendor may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Responses are due by 4:00 pm PST on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Only authorized representatives of the manufacturer will be considered. Equipment must be new, no used or refurbished equipment accepted.
