Half size plans Full size plans Solicitation / Specifications Solicitation Posted SITE VISIT: 23 August 2016, 10am, at Lower St. Anthony Falls Lock & Dam near the construction zone... see FAR 52.236-27 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lower St. Anthony Falls Water Main Repair Work includes, but is not limited to: excavation, soil sampling, pipe cutting, video pipe inspection / reporting, pipe repair, granular backfill, cured-in-place pipe, and site preparation & restoration near Lower St. Anthony Falls. The magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110. This is considered general construction, per FAR 52.219-14 the contractor shall perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees.
