- Attachment 7 - Travel Request Form Attachment 6 - Stepladder Pricing Template Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 3 - Past Performance Matrix Attachment 5 - DD 254 Attachment 2 - Contract Administration Plan Attachment 1 - Contract Data Requirements List Solicitation The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) has a requirement for design and manufacturing of the Safe and Arming (S&A) Device Mk75 used in the Quickstrike Mod 3 underwater mines, Mk 62 and Mk 63. The resulting contract will be a Single award. The contract will have an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort and/or Completion type orders. The NAICS Code is 332993. The size standard is 1,500 employees. The FSC is 1351. Performance Specifications shall be requested in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Statement of Work.
