Description

The Battle Creek VA Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek MI 46015 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Pest Control Services. The Contractor shall provide all supplies, material, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation to perform all operations in connection with the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program tasks as identified in the statement of work for the period of date of award through September 30, 2017 with four (4) additional one (1) year options periods to be exercised at the Government discretion. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business (SB) Concerns. Offers from other than SB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 23, 2016. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on August 30, 2016 at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240. NAICS 561710 applies.
