- Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 2 - EFEC CDRLs Attachment 1 - EFEC Consumables EFEC Request for Proposal The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Quantico, VA, has a requirement to prcoure Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the Expeditionary Forensics Exploitation Capability (EFEC), which will allow Marines to train and sustain the EFEC kits. The Government anticipates entering into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), single award contract with five (5) one (1) year ordering periods.
