- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is N0018916TG275 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2016-08-18 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Newport, RI 02841 The FLC Norfolk - Groton requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Combustion Air Flow Measurement Station with Casting and Thermocouple Assembly Fan Inlet Air Flow Measurement Meet or Exceed MFG AMC Power a Division of Air Monitor Corporation 14 x 65.75?? CA station with: - Casing: 3/16" carbon steel construction - Sensor manifold cleanouts - 12? casing extension - 6? bell mouth (all 4 sides) To include Thermocouple Assembly (integral to CA Station) COMBUSTION AIRFLOW STATION Combustion Airflow Station casing is constructed of 3/16" carbon steel with continuous welded seams. The casing depth is 12" with 2" wide, 3/16" x 2" carbon steel 90o formed flanges. The air equalizer and straightener cell is 1" hexagonal cell, 3" deep and constructed of.022" thick carbon steel. The total and static pressure sensors and manifold (with cleanouts) are constructed entirely of Type 316 stainless steel with all welded construction. Signal connection fittings are ?" FPT stainless steel and are installed on the shorter side of rectangular units. The CA Station is provided with a welded on, stainless steel identification tag and no special finishes or bolt holes are provided (as standard). A temperature probe can be mounted, when required, for temperature compensated flow or mass-flow. TEMPERATURE PROBE/ARRAY The temperature probe consists of a multi-point thermocouple and an integral 2-wire temperature transmitter that averages the temperature inputs and sends them to the CAMS.
