Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Ring-O-Matic Vacuum Trailer or Equal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-16-N-0189 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This soliciation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect throuh Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 and DFARS change notice 20160802. This is a notice that this order is a total set-aside for a small business concern. The NAICS code is 333120 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This is a BRAND NAME or EQUIVALENT. The contractor shall supply all specifications and illustrations necessary to properly confirm equivalent substitution of requested items. Salient Characteristics are attached.
