- Amendment 0002 SF-30 **Amendment 0002 extends solicitation closing to 16 August 2016 at 3PM Eastern. *Amendment 0001 extends solicitation closing to 12 August 2016 at 3PM Eastern. Email quotes to the Team Contract Specialists supporting Jessica Coltz, Contracting Officer, D05-SMB-C4ITSC-CPD-C3CEN-TeamC@uscg.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation and no other solicitation document will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote number RFQ HSCG44-16-Q-N0048. This number is for tracking purposes only. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 dated 7/14/2016. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423690. The SBA size standard is 500 employees, this solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The USCG Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) Portsmouth, VA 23703, intends to purchase the items listed in the attached Schedule of Supplies. The items are to be the specified "Brand Name" and part number, substitutions will not be accepted. All Items have been identified as either NEW or Refurbished condition on the attached Schedule of Supplies. Only quotes for the condition specified will be accepted. The Government will award a purchase order(s) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, utilizing a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The USCG/Government reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders as a result of this solicitation on the basis of the lowest Quotation for each Item. For administrative convenience, if a single vendor provides the lowest quotation for multiple items that vendor will be awarded a purchase order containing multiple line items. The Required Delivery Date is thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO). All items are required to be shipped to AMEE Bay LLC ATTN: SFLC Inventory 1150 W. Nugget Wasilla, AK 99654 The Coast Guard does not own nor can they obtain specifications, drawings, plans or other technical data for these items. Requests for specifications and drawings will be disregarded. Any Offeror that can provide the items as requested are encouraged to provide a Firm Fixed Price Quotation in regards to this FBO.gov Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. All Items are to be Delivered, Package and Shipped in accordance with the attached document SFLC Inventory Control Point (ICP) Packing Requirements. *PLEASE NOTE* Interested Offeror's are to provide Firm Fixed Price Proposals with Delivery Information by 12 August 2016 at 3:00 PM EST. FOB Destination delivery terms are required. Firm Fixed Price Proposals must be submitted on Company letterhead stationery and must include the following information: (1) Cost Breakdown, (2) Unit Price, (3) Extended Price, (4) Total Price, (5) Payment Terms, (6) discount offered for prompt payment, (7) Company DUNS and Cage Code.
