STATEMENT OF WORK Harry S. Truman Memorial Veteran's Hospital 120 Watt Holmium Laser Introduction: The Surgery Service/Urology department at the HSTMVH is requesting procurement of a 120 Watt Holmium Laser. This procurement will allow for higher quality care for our Urological patients utilizing less invasive treatment. Requirement: 120 Watt Holmium Laser Pulsed holmium laser at 2,100 nm at an operation range of 5 to 50 Hz, and 0.2-3.5 joules. Capabilities to perform: "Arthroscopy "Urology "Lithotripsy "General surgery "ENT "Other surgical procedures Technical Capabilities: Aiming beam with adjustable intensity Touch screen control panel allows for easy adjustments of all laser settings Inspection Dual Foot Pedal to control firing of the laser 2 Debris Shields 3 pair of safety glasses 2 pair safety goggles Operator manual 2 laser safety signs Accessory bag Warranty: 1 year warranty on parts, labor and travel from date if installation Training Required: Vendor will provide training to the Surgery Staff required staff, as well as provide detailed, technical manuals. Delivery to: Operating Room Vendor will provide the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veteran's Hospital with a phone call to discuss appropriate delivery dates.
