ID40160212 13.5 JA commercial_Redacted Attachment B delivery locations ID40160212 Disk Drive Destruction and accessories BOM ID40160212 Combined Synopsis and Solicitation rev01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under GSA requirement number ID40160212. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89 effective July 14, 2016. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Data Security Inc., 300 South 7 th Street Lincoln, NE 68508 using procedures outlined in FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
