- This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Engility LLC dba Engility Corporation, 3750 Centerview Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151 for the following: Engility P/N: 50423 Yearly Subscription; JRE Monthly IA Data Package - Includes a Test Report identifying what Microsoft KBs and Solaris Patch Clusters were tested and the results of the testing along with the latest JAVA runtime patch for Solaris and Windows. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 18 August 2016, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Kim Chu, via email at kim.t.chu@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-16-T-0308 in the subject. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received bill be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
