Description
CDRL CDRL CDRL CDRL CDRL CDRL Shop Photos SHALL BE COMPLETED AND PROVIDED WITH BID PACKAGE Combined Synopsis Solicitation 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA8571-16-T-0030. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100 % Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 333999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (See FAR 19.101 Explanation of Terms for information.) 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, DFARS Change Notice 20160630, and AFAC 2016-0603. 4) The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Contract line item numbers (CLINs) and items, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 0001 (INFO ONLY) Item: Delivery and Installation of AMFF Blast Booth Robot Blasters IAW the attached Purchase Description (Offerors shall include a price for each subCLIN below.) CLIN 0001AA 1 ea. Walnut Hull Booth Blaster 1 CLIN 0001AB 1 ea. Walnut Hull Booth Blaster 2 CLIN 0001AC 1 ea. Aluminum Oxide Booth Blaster CLIN 0001AD 1 ea. Glass Bead Booth Blaster FOB: Destination CLIN 0002 (This CLIN will be labeled as "Not Separately Priced" (NSP) in the resultant contract.)
