- U.S. Government Summary: The USDA Forest service is seeking an Expression of Interest to lease a total 225 Usable Square Feet of Land in Deer, Arkansas. U.S. Forest Service (FS) seeks to lease the following space: State: AR City: Deer Delineated Area: shall include the entire city of Deer, AR and extend a 3 mile radius around the city; All properties on the boarder of the delineated area shall be considered. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 225 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 225 Space Type: Land Only Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 25 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Area must be an open space (such as a pasture) with limited amount of dust; have access to electricity; within a minimum distance from a Class I Area Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease, if applicable. A fully serviced lease is preferred but not required. Facility care including but not limited to lawn care, and snow removal shall be the responsibility of the owner. Owner may be required to assist in occasional minor troubleshooting of Government owned equipment. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies land under lease in Deer, AR that will be expiring. The Government is looking to complete a succeeding lease, however will considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
