- SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for continuation of Natural Gas services (approximately 413,000 therms) annually at the Federal Prison Camp located at 4464 Ralston Drive, Duluth, Minnesota. The facility houses approximately 600 inmates, and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221210 (Size Standard: 500 employees). The contractor will provide Natural Gas services and any associated transportation & meter services. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required to deliver Natural Gas services to the designated service point. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of five years duration. The anticipated contract is a five-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments. A government solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Please do not submit capability statements. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
