- Pre-Solicitation HT0014-16-R-0036 Family Health Centers - Fort Belvoir Community Hospital Requirement is for the continued provision of no less than two Family Health Centers (FHCs) North (currently located in Fairfax) and South (currently located in Dumfries). Both FHCs are part of Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, and consist of Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and some medical specialties such as Optometry or Orthopedics. The FHCs serve approximately 51,000 eligible TRICARE beneficiaries West and South of the National Capital Region (NCR).
