- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SPE4A7-16-R-2473. This procurement will be issued as Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Cylinder, Clutch, Gear for NSN 1560-00-888-0128; Critical application; P/N 3-51131-1 Approved sources are Aerometals Inc, CAGE 32664; International Precision CAGE 3H683; Derco Aerospace CAGE 8X044. Estimated Annual Quantity of 121 each; the required delivery of the production quantity is 263 DARO; First Article Testing of 1 ea. Required. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." Solicitation issue date is 1 September 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
