- This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute the issuance of a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL is currently seeking information from any certified vendor that can provide 3T MRI maintenance service for GE MRI equipment. Vendors shall be identified as authorized service/repair providers for GE Healthcare brand name equipment. The equipment includes but is not limited to the following: MANUFACTURERDESCRIPTIONMODEL #SERIAL NUMBER GEGE MRI 3T HD 8CH-400-AP67932 MedicoolCryogen Chiller MedicoolGradient Chiller The anticipated type of contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The applicable NAICS for this service is: 811219 - other electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance ($20.5 million- SBA Size Standard). To be considered for this requirement, quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - https://www.sam.gov). Any vendor interested in this requirement should include the following information: 1.Company Information (business name, DUNS number, business size/category, GSA schedule if applicable) 2.Capability Statement (brief background of capabilities, resources, experience, etc.) 3.Contact information (POC name, email, and phone) 4.Authorization letter from GE Healthcare, 3000 N Grandview Blvd, Mail Stop W-443, Waukesha, WI 53188 Phone (919) 244-8792.
