This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562111. Size standard: $38.5M. The resulting long-term contracts will be firm fixed price, stand alone (P-Type) contracts. To meet this requirement, one solicitation will be issued with each Lake Operation having a single contract award made. The contracts will have one (1) award for Georgetown and Granger Lakes and one (1) award for Belton and Stillhouse Lakes. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Bulk Refuse Receptacle (BRR) collection and disposal services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance will be from 01 October 2016 through 31 March 2017.
