Six (6) offers were received by mail, five (5) by the due date June 27, 2016, 12:00pm est. One vendor was disqualified due to a late proposal. Best value to the Government with set aside for small business competition. The winner should provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to create the data rooms for the courts.
