- The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region has a requirement to purchase D50 18-inch Riprap to be delivered to Hobble Creek located near Springville, Utah. Specifications will be provided with the solicitation. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a 100% small business set aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: D50 18-inch riprap per the specification, a minimum quantity of 500 tons and a maximum quantity of 1,500 tons. Delivery of the material shall be on a per call basis, not to exceed 1,500 ton and the period of performance will be from date of award through November 23, 2016. CLIN 010: D50 18-inch Riprap 1,500 Tons NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 212321 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the final and formal solicitation number R16PS01704 is anticipated to be released the middle of August 2016. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this announcement for updates and the release of the solicitation documents.
